It was beyond amazing when Jen was there but apparently shes gone and I went back 2 times since. each time different ladies and neither was great. My nails looked okay but they were uneven. some thicker then the rest. I got powdered dip and one fell off after 4 days! Its an expensive salon compared to other places and a dip shouldnt fall off that quickly

I thought I like this place until today. Mondays are slow at most nail salons so I like to go on Mondays. While I was getting a pedi, I decided to get a brow shaping. My phone rings and I'm having a brief conversation with someone and all of a sudden this woman walks up, grabs my purse, grabs my glasses, grabs the top the cap off of water bottle and puts it on the water bottle I've been drinking from and says I need to follow her. It was abrupt and rude. I hope management is reading this because you should never allow an employee to touch people's stuff without asking permission and you certainly don't put your hands on top of a water bottle that someone's drinking out of, expecially if you are in a NAIL SALON. I'm not sure what the rush was but once the lady saw that I was a little miffed at being shuffled along, she apologize. I'm not accustomed to being pushed and hurried along by a complete stranger. Please practice simple common courtesy. Please don't put your hands on my purse, glasses, water bottles or anything else that's mine. It's intrusive and rude.

A birthday suprise from the hubby! I wasteuly dressed down as my son opened the huge wrought iron doors that revealed a truly beautiful salon. The receptionist greeted us with a huge smile as my son fumbled over his words. (Keep in mind its my first time there) She amiles and says YOU'RE AMELIA! WE HAVE BEEN EXPECTING YOU! In times past I have had bad experiences at nail salons, so my skepticism is at an all time high. She leads me over to the brochures and says choose which services you would like. I chose my pedi with ease, but the manicures had me in a whirl. There were so many awesome options, I didnt know which one to pick. Sensing my overwhelming decision, the hostess helped me choose a service. I went with the dip! (Great choice by the way, and super easy) She guided me to my pedi seat and took my shoes, and offered me a drink of choice. Mimosas. Wine, soda, juice, water. Sooo many choices. I was just taking it all in. The pedi was EVERYTHING and the full set is exceptional. My first dip...but definately not my last. It was inexpensive all things considered. I thought my husband and son had lost his mind. My daughter and I will be back in 2 weeks for a pampering package. Ladies, gentlemen and children too...its only RIGHT to try Left Bank. You wont be sorry. Check out their awards too. (yea I took pictures of them too)

I’ve been here a few times now and Kim always does a stunning job. Kim has an amazing attention to detail and the first person to ever be concerned with the health of my natural nails as well. I do a full set with dip powder on top. I am professional make up artist and hairstylist and my hands are a big part of my job. People see them all the time. I am extremely picky when it comes to what they look like. Their customer service is great. My nails look amazing!! I am very satisfied with the work.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. The service was great. Kim did an amazing job and helped my pick out colors that looked good together. Last time I got my nails done the person who did it (not at this salon) kept nicking my cuticles, Kim did not even once. I overheard a client unhappy with the color she got but had to leave- they told just to come back the next day and they’ll switch it out no charge. I would highly recommend. Friendly, fast, great work. I know I found my nail spot finally.

This salon is gorgeous and impeccably clean, with friendly staff. Good prices, close to work, and complimentary beverages make it my new go-to place.

Amazing pedicure!! I splurged and got the $52 and it was worth every penny. Alao their drink selection was great, first pedicure I've had where I got mimosas with it. Highly recommend trying this place.

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon near downtown FW for the past few months, and this one is the first one that has met my standards. Sue did a good job with my SNS manicure (lots of attention to detail) and the manager made a point of making sure all of the customers were satisfied and had a good experience. The prices are typical for the area, but the atmosphere and service is better than the other local nail salons.

Vicki and Kim are the best. Everyone here is positive and professional. They take the time to get to know you by name.

I did my research and was really happy to find a salon with such positive reviews open until 730. I walked in at 705 to get a basic manicure and the owner was incredibly friendly (in fact he's the only reason my review is above a one). The nail technician was just straight rude, going as far to tell me that I should have looked up their closing times and not come in so late. This was the most uncomfortable and awkward manicure I've ever received due to the awful attitude of the technician. I totally get that people are tired after a long days work but, from my perspective, they should have turned me away if there was not enough time for the service I requested. I don't think I'll be back to this establishment, and if I do come back I know to request a different person because I was not the last walk in and no one else seemed to be treated how I was (scolded then silent treatment and not listening/responding when I asked for a drink).

Fancy nail shop and very clean. Great location! The only issue is that I walked in and waited like 20 minutes for a pedicure. They could have turned on the water while I was sitting. The massage chains were top notch and the pedicure itself was good. I will be coming back.

Katrina did my dip French manicure. Mia did my classic pedicure. Both were great and I love the way they came out. The moment I walked in I was greeted and everyone was so nice. First time going and will not be my last.

I work across the street, so I wanted to try this place out. I went here yesterday after work for a pedicure. Louis was very friendly and welcoming. He remembered my name and offered me a drink. Jenny, my technician, was great! When the polish I chose turned out to be almost clear, she offered to get a similar opaque shade and put it on before the shiny polish. The resulting color was so pretty and unique! The hot towels and hot stone massage were just what my aching feet needed. I will definitely be back again!

Love the service! Best nail spa I have ever been to. They did a great job on our nails and treated my daughter as their own and was letting her help out at the front desk. Very kid friendly.

Got a signature pedi and full color dip nails without tip. Dip colors are limited, so it's hard to find what I wanted, but I did like the service I got. Would recommend.

Beautiful place, clean, very attentive. I was a walk-in. But that was no problem. I paid $74 total for a full set acrylic with gel polish and a classic pedicure.

I usually like it here because they are very time conscious which is helpful when I'm on my lunch break. Today I didnt have the greatest experience. My technician first acted like he could care less, then when I mentioned returning to work, he rushed and didn't do a great paint job. (As you can see) Maybe it's my fault for mentioning the time but now I'm at work trying to get gel polish off my skin and cuticles.

I had been going to another place for years and was getting bored with them. I heard about Left Bank through a friend then lucked out with sitting in Jenn's chair for a dip manicure and now I will never go anywhere else!! Jenn is a master at dipping and can replicate any photo you find on pinterest or Instagram it's so much fun with her! I just love her, she's the best!!!

I recently started coming here to see Jenn! And she does amazing on pedicures! If you know, you know its hard to find a good pedicurist & Jenn makes sure to get everything!

April and Anne went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nail color! Excellent customer service. If you are not happy, they will fix it.

Mai did a great job on my nails, she listened to the shape that I wanted and checked in with me through the process to make sure I was happy with everything. I got dip nails with the signature manicure and it turned out great. I’ll definitely go back.

Amanda is great in her work and she ie very professional. You need to ask for Amanda. She doesn't work on Sunday.

Great service and nail techs that know how to do more than just square acrylic blah nails.

Went with my wedding party was nervous since it was my first time getting nails they did a amazing job 2 weeks later and my nails still look new and the owner is such a sweet heart

Today was my first time here and it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. It was a little busy but that did not remove from the quality. It's a beautiful place and great technicians.

I have been here twice and loved the atmosphere. The reason I gave it three stars is because my nails haven’t looked that great after going home. The first time the dip was thick on one side and thin on the other so they looked super uneven. The second time I had them do dip I had fibers from the towel in the middle of my nail along with random specks of other things and they were filed unevenly. I loved the atmosphere and would love to keep going there but I hate paying $40 +tip for subpar nails.Update: my nail chipped not even 2 hours after I got them done.

Began coming here to follow Jen from Kool Nails. First of all, she’s a really great nail tech! I’ve been seeing her for three years. Also, I’m so impressed with Left Bank. It’s so, so nice! It’s clean, has good customer service, yummy drinks. Honestly it feels like a spa experience. Definitely recommended!!!

Literally am so content with my SNS nails. I had a tip removal and full set replacement without tip. She was able to make my nails look thin and natural

Gel nails peeled a couple days later along with the rhinestone...paid extra for.

Jenn is great and can do almost anything on your nails. She is creative. The pedicure tech; I didn’t know her name but she was amazing. This salon is a classy environment and they don’t rush your services. They are very nice here and appreciate your business. Had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. By far the best nail salon I have ever been too! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Luis, promptly got seated for a pedi and full set acrylic nails. Mia did my pedi and did an amazing job ang provided a wonderful massage! Tammy I can not rave enough about. She listened to exactly how I wanted my nails and they came out flawless. I am so pleased and happy. The customer service is above and beyond!

I called ahead to make sure my bridal party and I could all get in for a pedicure and nails before my wedding. Everyone was quick, kind, and professional. Everyone left super happy and feeling great about our nails. The place is gorgeous with beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and lots of space. There are tons of colors to choose from in regular nail color, dipped, and gel. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of nails.

I came here while in Ft. Worth on business, and needed to get a quick fill last minute. This place is incredible. I’ve never seen a nail salon run so well. The receptionist, Sara, is one of the most professional, nicest and most helpful individuals I’ve encountered at a business. Every customer, and this place was packed, looked happy. What a well-oiled machine. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Probably my favorite nail salon in Fort Worth. Very clean, attractive decor, friendly service - I'm always greeted with a smile & offered a drink, and rarely much of a wait even when they are busy. They do good work, aren't drill crazy, and the techs are meticulous - I've never left here with a sloppy manicure.

Yesterday was the first time I went. It's a great place! It's a very calm and relaxing environment. On top of that, there was not a wait time. You won't regret coming to this nail salon!!!

$29 for a 30min standard pedi. Pedi was good, service was fast (it was mon night), and complimentary drinks. The massage chairs were nice. Clean atmosphere. You pay more for the luxury feel. Overall would recommend if you don’t mind paying $30 for just a reg pedi

I started coming here when they opened, and I love coming here. They always work me in no problems! I I always am promptly greeted when I walk in, and as soon as I sit down I am offered a beverage. I myself, usually work with Kathy she always welcomes me with open arms, listens to what I want, and she’s gets the job done. She always does a BEAUTIFUL job. I go to her for my toes, nails and eyebrows. I truly love coming here and getting pampered! I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons, and I’ve never been so welcomed like I am coming here. Also, they remember me and know who I am, which is a plus when you continue to do business with one place. They truly treat you like a valued consumer. The nail tech I was assigned to was very rude and disrespectful to me he did my nails in a rush and he made my nails bleed. My best friend did her nails in this place as well and her Nail polish was already smearing off when we left.

My daughter & I were in town from California, where I own a Full Service Salon. We needed to get our nails done for a wedding we were attending. Left Bank was in walking distance to our room at the Residence Inn so we chose it for that reason, never looking at pics or reviews. When we walked in the door we were in complete surprise & excitement over the Beauty, Professionalism & Service! From start to finish this was by far the classiest nail salon I had ever seen! The prices were competitive, the beverages emense(A Mimosa for me!), and the visual esthetics, cleanliness & complete attention to detail was highly impressive!I am a tough critic especially when it comes to something that I have 30+ years doing and there aren’t enough stars to rate how amazing this place is!! Kudos to the owner!!

Smancy place. Friendly people. Have pretty sensitive hands. Kim was my attendant. She was really gentle. And funny. Second time here. First time was a young man. He was good too and was the reason I went back. So, in a couple weeks or so, I will be back again.

Overall great experience! Great atmosphere and decor. Staff was very attentive from the start and would talk through the different services and costs. I had just come off a night shift and apparently was not super coordinated because I ended up spilling my glass of wine all over the floor. Even though I apologized multiple times, they cleaned it up very quickly and tried to make me not feel so bad about it, though it's still super embarrassing. Angel did a great job on my manicure and I will definitely be going back again!

Kim did a great job on my dipped nails. She was nice and attention to detail. The salon was clean. Very busy at 5:30pm on a Tuesday tho! The price was normal. The manager was very organized with getting everyone taken care of. Overall- recommend.

Strongly recommend this place!!! They took a bad situation and completely turned it around! I originally went to a different place and they MESSED UP my nails. The original place, messed up the paint job, my cuticles, cut my nails way too short and messed up the filing job. I also had my engagement photos THE NEXT DAY, so I wanted my nails to look pretty decent!! I went to left bank bails & spa in the hopes that they could fix the damage. I explained to them what happened and showed them how badly my nails were messed up. They were super kind, apologetic and sweet. All I did was show them a picture of what I had originally wanted and they told me what they needed to do to fix what the other place had done. They completely fixed my nails and now they look wonderful!! They even gave me a slight discount because of the whole situation. I thought that was above and beyond because they weren’t the ones who had messed up the first time, they fixed the problem! Lisa was super sweet and very good! I’m gonna keep coming back here and I’m bringing my friends here as well!!

Fantastic experience at Left Bank Nails & Spa. The staff were excellent, friendly, and fast. 5 women together and all pedicures and manicures were done within an hour and a half. I got a gel manicure and an aromatherapy pedicure and both were so well done. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any occasion.

Nancy clipped a chunk of my thumb off and then put superglue on it. Then when I pointed out that a nail was crooked, she said it was my nail bed that was crooked. Then she filed my nail bed until it was exposed and raw... before applying superglue to that sore area as well. The receptionist gave me $6 off of a horrible $60 nail job. The owner is very nice, but I will not be going back!!

Cathy is amazing!! Show her a picture and she will make your nails perfection, she is also very personable and sweet! The male manager is also very friendly and helpful, but the female can be rude. I suggest not letting a male do nails there, they are inexperienced and do a terrible job!

Did not trim dead skin from around nails or use cuticle oil. Toes are horribly shaped and slanted and polish is awful and messy. Also got my eyebrows waxed and they’re now ruined. Completely different shapes and took so much hair off the top right brow which I specifically asked just for a clean up. It looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. Even though they messed up almost everything they comped the $10 eyebrow wax. Still paid a lot of money for my nails, toes, and eyebrows to be ruined. Will NOT return. I just want a refund.

Vicky is absolutely the best when it comes to dipped nails. Lovvvve this salon. Phuong also did my pedicure and am so happy with it. The owner is one of the friendliest people.

The service is great, and my nails turned out great. I got the signature pedicure and basic manicure. There are complimentary drinks and the staff are very nice. They have large TVs on and it's very nicely decorated. I would definitely reccomend if you're willing to spend a little money. Great for families too!

My wife was here recently and she has a medical condition that causes her hands to randomly become sweaty or clamy. The lady that was doing her nails stated making fun of her to a worker next to her. As she could understand most of what was said. Then the lady complained and said she should get a dip done on her nails. She didnt want this as she doesnt like them. After all of her embarrassment the worker told the manager to inform my wife that she must get a dip next time she comes in or no one would help as no one wants to touch her hands since they are gross. The entire time my wife was there she was made fun of and embarrassed because of a disorder she has no control over. I would never recommend anyone to this establishment if this is how people would be treated.

I got attracted by the beautiful sign with the shop's name outside of the building after shopping for groceries at Tom Thumb. I decided to give this place a try on Memorial Day. And lemme tell you, it was the best decision ever. I felt very welcomed throughout the time I was there. From the beginning when I just walked in, I was greeted kindly by the front desk staff. I had to fill out a form, describing what I wanted to get done. I got seated very quickly despite it being on a holiday. I got one of those fancy pedicures, the display tray was so pretty that contained towels, a disposable pedicure kit, decorated flower, oil and REAL MINTS. Roughly about 15 minutes later, a tech came and started on my nails. It was exactly what I wanted, having my nails done at the same time after enjoying The first part of the pedicure. My technicians did a good job on the services, I just wish the conversations they make with customers are a bit shorter so they can enjoy the atmosphere and services more. Their management and customer service are top notch. Overall, I would definitely come back and suggest this place to anyone I know.

I was looking for a place to get nails and a pedicure and came across this place. I'm from out of town and they went above and beyond on service. My nails looks beautiful and the pedicure was amazing! I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking. If I'm ever in ft worth i will return to this business! Everyone was so friendly!

I loved this place. It’s beautiful and really clean inside, the massage chairs are amazing. It got knots out that I didn’t even know I had. Like old knots, knots that had seen things, ya know. Anywho, it’s a wonderful experience. I got the tropical pedicure which was 45 minutes of bliss. She got all of my dead skin off with minimal tickle levels. So pleased. Try this new place out! They also have 30% off everything right now.

Worst experience ever stay away from this place my Toes skin is coming off and they messed my sister in law nails.Lady working at the cash register has no smile on her face, don’t feel like welcoming.I saw lot of good reviews but that was my big mistake that I went to this place.Never again

I don't know if I will recommend this place or go again. I live in Burleson and it's quite a drive for something I didn't like. I went in not knowing what I wanted . I know I wanted a summer color and some tips since my nails weren't the length I wanted them. So I picked the Dip powder option.I waited a little bit by two chairs they have close to the front door. Then the lady in the front took me to sit down . I waited 20 min or more for someone to come. Kim did my nails.. she wasn't a rude person I guess but she rushed the whole thing.. she also didn't want me looking while she was doing my nails because she can't work that way... the pictures don't do justice but they look bad.. i included a pic of the color i picked.I don't like them I knew when I was leaving that the color didn't look like what I picked but that didn't bother me as much as the nails being uneven and the smudges on a few of them. Also the fact that she didn't take her time. They aren't even the same shape. It just sucks that I ruined my natural nails for a bad job..
